Technical Deep-Dive
At the heart of our electric blow heater is a high-density heating element, matched with a tight, purposeful airflow path. We tune the wattage and voltage to the airflow rate and the temperature rise you need, so the heat arrives predictably—without forcing you to oversize the whole unit. And size matters. We keep the footprint small because real-world blow stations often have tight clearance around nozzles and ducts. A compact design means easier installation, less rework on the production line, and a machine that looks cleaner and more intentional.
Material & Design
We use a halogen-filled quartz tube because it heats up quickly and holds steady at high temperatures. The tube is coated to fight surface wear and to focus the heat where it belongs—into the air stream—instead of radiating outward and cooking nearby parts. Then there’s the connector choice, which is pure practicality. An R7s base gives you a secure, low-resistance electrical fit and lets you swap the lamp fast when maintenance day arrives. It’s the kind of detail that keeps downtime short when a lamp finally burns out.
Application & Benefits
In blow heating setups, the heater has to deliver intense heat fast to make up for heat loss in high-speed air. Our design packs high heat density into a small package, so it recovers temperature quickly after each cycle. That means consistent heating performance when your process is running at full pace. There is a trade-off, though: high heat density needs solid airflow and proper cooling around the heater. If the airflow path in your machine is too small, the heater will run hotter than it should. Plan the airflow first, then choose the heater. When you do, you get a thermal solution that drops in and keeps up with the rhythm of production.
